The event which was held at the Natural Science lecture hall,Science Village began at around 2:45pm.The very colourful event was anchored by MC Onyeoma with DJ kenzy supplying some meaningful noise.
Dignitaries from within and outside the university community graced the event.Some of the dignitaries at the event include;Mr.Godspower I Akawuru (CEO frankpower ICT and technology) who was the chairman of the occasion,DR. V.E Ejiofor (nnedioramma 1), H.O.D of computer science department,Mr. Ezeani Majesty-Staff adviser of computer science department,Mr. I Umeh (CEO,Pacent technology)Mr.Uchenna Barnabas-(Booking africa ltd),COMR. John Anene (NACOSS SOUTH EAST COORDINATOR),Mr.Obinna(A.K.A INTERNET),lecturers from the department,NACOSS excos and over 250 inductees(regular and diploma).
There was a presentation by Akinsetan Kayode and Ogunbiyi Timothy of Mayor Kay computers,Lagos.They offered a once in a lifetime oppoprtunity to the students from the department to train them in ICT related courses such as MYSQL,HTML,JAVA SCRIPT,etc for a flat rate of N6,000 only.
The very colourful event received a boost when the staff adviser of the department,Mr.Ezeani Majesty arrived,the entire students stood up to a standing ovation amidst thunderous and resounding applauses

From the reactions of the students one thing was clear to everyone at the event,Mr.Majesty is greatly loved and admired by the entire computer science family in NAU.
